How is 1 1/3 cup 270g flour?!!!!! 1 cup of flour is 120g. So 1 1/3 is 160g flour!. Which is it?

I liked the idea itself and simplicity if your recipe at first glance. I just tried, fallow all your steps what is shown in your vidio and sorry but this recipe is piece of crap. Nosing get ready after 7 min with temp 180 gr.C and mix not firm like in your vidio. Be very careful and consistent in all steps of your recipes in your future post.

Can we use alternative sweeteners like stevia or monk fruit instead of sugar? 🙏😊

This recipe sucks. The cookies are good but they flatten out in the oven and are fragile and chewy instead of crispy and crunchy. Wasted my time and food

IMPORTANT NOTE: I baked these twice. First time i did it like in the video. They did not rise well. Second time, I added honey to eggs and bet them until I got a light colored puffy batter. Then I added butter and bet them, then sieved flour and other dry ingredients and mixed it with a spatula, not a mixer!! I got 2x times better risen cupcakes. These 2 steps contribute to the trapping of air bubbles inside the batter, thus giving them volume in the oven.
